If you're interested in working on systems, low-level languages, or projects where performance and security are critical, it's definitely worth it.
The Rust community keeps growing and there's increasingly more work in that area, especially in blockchain, CLI tools, and infrastructure software.
The language has a steeper learning curve than others, so you need patience, but once you really get the hang of it, it opens up some interesting doors.
