There's a shortage of realistic movies about startups. I like "The Social Network" the most - yeah, it's about Facebook's creation, but it shows really well how hard it actually is, with team conflicts and financial problems. The film's old already (2010), but it's well-made. There's also "Steve Jobs" (2015), and you can see there too how tough it is to build a business, though it's more about the main character's personality. But I can't think of any recent films on this topic, maybe because nowadays people watch series like "Theranos" or documentaries about Musk?

What exactly are you interested in - tech startups, or will any business do? And how realistic do you want it to be? Because a completely realistic movie about a startup would turn out boring - lots of work, little success, lots of investor rejections. There's not much cinematic about that. Maybe it's better to look for documentaries on Netflix or YouTube? They often show real entrepreneurs' stories, though less dramatically.
