I'm not really into crypto series, but I can tell you that over the last few years a couple of interesting projects have come out. If you're into finance and want something about the stock market, you should check out "The Wolf of Wall Street" - it's a film, but it's got a great story about traders. As for series, you can watch "Billions" (if you haven't seen it), they show how money and the stock market work, though it's more about the hedge fund world, but you get the idea. The series is long, so it'll definitely keep you busy for a few weeks.
If you're specifically looking for crypto stuff, things are pretty slim with fictional series - there's basically nothing worth watching. I'd watch documentary projects about exchanges first if I were you - they've got pure facts, not artistic speculation. For example, there are lots of good documentaries on YouTube that break down how crypto exchanges actually work and why some of them collapse (remember what happened with crypto exchanges a couple years ago).
Actually, it's better to mix it up - watch series and read real articles. That way at least you'll understand what's true and what's just drama for ratings.
