First thing is to report this to Mexico's CNBV (Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores), which is the body that oversees crypto platforms in the country, and also file a complaint with the Federal Consumer Protection Agency if the exchange was regulated. If they don't respond within a reasonable timeframe, consider hiring a lawyer who specializes in cryptocurrencies because unfortunately a lot of these local platforms operate in a legal gray area and recovering funds is tricky, but having documentation of your deposits and contact attempts is essential for any legal action.
