This morning I realized someone changed my Gmail email. I can see in the history that they logged in from Moscow, and now I can't access it anymore. I'm worried they might also get into my bank accounts because I linked them to that email.

So, the first thing is to contact Google right away from the account recovery site, try to prove it's you by answering the security questions and providing info about your phone number or recovery email if you set one up. In the meantime, IMMEDIATELY change the passwords for all your bank accounts from another device (like your phone) and alert your bank so they can check if there's been any suspicious activity. If they have access to your email they can reset the passwords for other accounts so move fast, I was in a similar situation once (not exactly hacking, but my account got compromised) when I was delivering packages and for 48 hours it was total chaos, so I know how stressful it is.
First thing - contact Google right away from your phone or another device to recover your account, go to accounts.google.com/signin/recovery and follow the steps - usually you can get access back using your phone number or recovery email. At the same time, alert your bank and change all your important passwords right away from a device you know is clean, especially the ones linked to financial services.
