The LG just has better input lag performance and the upscaling is sharper. The Samsung QN95D is solid too, but with the LG C4 you really notice the difference when you're playing fast-paced games. The price difference is worth it here if you game regularly - the LG's panel quality and gaming features are just a step above.

For PS5 gaming, I'd recommend the LG. The C4 basically has everything you need: 120Hz at 4K, input lag in the low single-digit millisecond range, and OLED technology just gives you better colors and deeper blacks. The Samsung isn't a bad TV either, but when it comes to gaming, the LG just has the edge.

The C4 is known for LG really optimizing it for console gaming. The response times are lightning-fast, and you'll get the new gaming features without any issues. The QN95D is more of a solid all-rounder TV - good for movies, good for shows - but for pure gaming performance, the LG is just the better choice for your PS5.

Sure, the price is higher, but if gaming is your main use case, it's worth it. OLED panels also last a while as long as you're not constantly displaying static images on screen. Check out both in the store if you can - it really makes a difference in how you perceive the picture quality with OLEDs.

Both models already give you pretty similar performance for gaming. The LG C4 has a tiny advantage in input lag, but we're talking about differences in the single-digit millisecond range - you won't notice that during normal gameplay. The Samsung QN95D is a Mini-LED and therefore brighter than the LG, but with PS5 gaming that's pretty irrelevant anyway, because most games don't even need HDR content for that sort of thing.

What actually matters more: The LG has better gaming menus (Variable Refresh Rate, better thought through) and its color accuracy is more stable overall. The Samsung handles fast cuts and motion better though, because the Mini-LED backlight structure has less motion blur. For PS5 gaming, both play to their strengths when it comes to image flow. If you only game and never watch series, I'd look at the price difference - €2,500 for Samsung versus more for the LG is quite a statement. The Samsung isn't a worse gaming TV just because the other one responds a hair faster.
