Should I install vinyl plank flooring or ceramic tiles in the kitchen?
I'm renovating my kitchen and I'm torn between the click vinyl flooring I saw at Leroy Merlin and traditional ceramic. Which one is easier to clean and how long do they last?

I have both at home and vinyl is way more practical to clean - just a damp mop and you're done, no hassle with grout like you get with ceramic. Ceramic lasts longer and is more resistant to scratches if you walk on it with dirty shoes, but click vinyl is easier to replace if a plank gets damaged. For a kitchen where you've got water and grease splashing everywhere, honestly vinyl wins on practicality, but if you want something that'll last 20+ years without complaint, go with ceramic.
