The iPhone freezes when I use two apps simultaneously

I have an iPhone 14 that I bought almost two years ago and lately when I open, like, Maps and WhatsApp at the same time to navigate and stay in a group chat, the screen freezes completely. I have to force restart it to get it working again. Is it a RAM memory thing or is it a bug that gets fixed with an update?

How long has it been since you've restarted your phone? It's most likely cache buildup or a software bug, not a RAM issue - the iPhone 14 has plenty of memory for that. Try restarting your phone completely first (not a force restart), then clear the cache for the problematic apps in Settings > General > iPhone Storage, and if it keeps happening, check that you have the latest iOS version installed.
