I'd go with the Audio-Technica AT2020USB+, that thing is just reliable and the sound is solid for a home studio.
Rode and Elgato make good stuff too, really depends on whether you care more about the compact format or the features. I've got a few of these lying around myself and from experience I can tell you that with these three brands you can't go wrong - try 'em out in the store if you can, see what feels best for you.
With USB microphones, I'd really focus on driver support - especially if you ever switch to a different system or want to use Linux later, that can become a problem. The AT2020USB+ is actually solid, but just keep in mind that the newer USB-C version isn't compatible everywhere if your setup is still older. The Rode Wireless GO II or the Rode Procaster have fewer compatibility issues, but they cost significantly more. For pure home studio streaming, honestly you don't need much - mid-range is totally sufficient.
