I connect to my work VPN from home but the connection keeps dropping every few minutes and I have to reconnect. It's frustrating because I lose my workflow. Is there anything I can do to make it more stable or is this a server issue on the company's end?
First check your internet connection from home, because a lot of times those disconnections are due to line instability and not the VPN's fault. If you have wifi, try connecting via ethernet cable since it's more stable. It's also worth checking if you have any firewall or antivirus blocking connections, and updating your network drivers.
