What Après-Ski bars are still in Ischgl in 2026?
Want to go to Ischgl with friends this winter and we're looking for good bars where you can go in with your skis on. Has a lot changed there in recent years?

The best strategy is to ask around on the spot, because things are constantly changing in Ischgl and online info gets outdated pretty fast.
I was there last winter with some buddies and the locals at the hotels helped us way better than Google did - they knew exactly which bars were hot right now and where you could actually get in with your skis.
The day bar scene on the slopes itself is definitely still there, but which après-ski hotspots are actually popping off these days, you'll find out best by calling ahead or asking in the local Ischgl groups. Have fun skiing!
Après-ski in Ischgl is just a completely different thing than classic skiing, so you don't need to feel bad about it. The scene there has actually stayed pretty stable though - the big names like Trofana Alm or Kachelofen are still the go-to spots where people ski in and ski out. Whether anything major has changed in recent years, I can't really tell you, but these classics still work on the same principle.
What's important is: figure out beforehand which bars are right on the slope or where you can ski straight out from the ski area. Ischgl has several different zones, and you can't ski into everywhere with your skis - some bars have also gotten stricter rules lately because the crowds and the snow marks on the floor are kind of a problem. If you go in with a solid plan and don't show up right at peak season around 4 p.m. when everyone's skiing down at the same time, you've got a better shot at finding a spot quickly. Bring your friends along and just do a quick check of the places online beforehand - most bars have got a pretty good online presence these days.
