What ground coffee brand do you recommend for a drip coffee maker?

I've been using a filter coffee maker at home for about 6 months now and honestly I can't find a coffee I like. I've tried several brands from the supermarket but it either comes out too bitter or too weak. Which one do you guys use? I'm in Mexico if that matters.

The key is the ratio: use one tablespoon of ground coffee for every 180ml of water, that way you avoid it coming out bitter or watery.

For me any coffee from a respectable brand works fine (Nescafé, Café de Olla, even supermarket house brands work) as long as you grind it fresh or buy it freshly ground, because coffee that's been sitting on the shelf for months loses its flavor.

The type of filter and water temperature matter quite a bit too, but honestly with the right ratio you're going to notice the difference right away.
