Have you listened to "Sobre Crianças, Quadris, Pesadelos e Lições de Casa"? That's like his densest album, really political stuff, talks a lot about social reality and consciousness. If you want something more recent, "Amarelo" is also really good in that sense.
"Sobre Crianças, Quadris, Pesadelos e Lições de Casa" is heavy for sure, but I'd say "AmarElo" is the one that best balances social consciousness with production that pulls you in from the first listen. The whole album flows well and doesn't just stay in preachy talk - each track has real lyrical weight, with themes about favelas, injustice, but also hope. If you want something that hits hard and makes you think at the same time, that's the one.
