I'm looking to plant some mango seedlings in my backyard here in São Paulo, but I'm not sure if I should plant them now in August or wait longer. I heard there's a right time for them to take well, does anyone know?
You're in São Paulo, right? So the best time to plant is between September and November, when it really heats up and the frost risk passes. August is still winter up there, the seedling will suffer a lot from the cold, especially if it's a more sensitive variety. If you plant now, wait a few more months - it's definitely worth it.
