Take the skis out of the garage and store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, because heat and humidity are the worst enemies. That cloudiness you're seeing is probably oxidation or lack of protective wax, so before storing them again apply a good coat of summer wax to seal the base and protect it until October. If you can, put them in a breathable bag or cover to avoid condensation, and check the edges and tips to make sure there are no cracks or delamination before next season.

the most important thing is to give them a good coat of wax in july or august before you store them, that keeps the base hydrated and prevents them from oxidizing during the hot months. store them vertically or laying down but always in a place without direct light and if you can with a dehumidifier in the garage, because humidity is what's really gonna mess up your board.
