What car is it for? It varies a lot depending on the model, but expect between 200 and 600 euros per spring at a mechanic's shop, plus labor which can easily double the bill.

Before you get ripped off at a garage, check if you can't just replace the springs yourself - it's not necessarily complicated if you've got a jack and some time, it'd let you cut the bill in half at least. That said, you really need to know what model you're talking about to be sure, and sometimes it's helpful to have someone hold things while you're working.
I've already seen quotes that were way higher than that, so it really depends on the model and the region - call a couple of garages to compare before you make a decision.
