To be honest, I'm not really the best person to ask about this because it's medical stuff and I mainly just deal with my garden! But I can tell you that you really should talk to your GP or a travel medicine doctor - they know way more about it. It also always depends on which regions you're visiting and how long you're staying there. Generally, Hepatitis A and B are often recommended, and depending on exactly where you're going, also typhus or rabies. Some vaccinations are standard ones you should have anyway, like measles or tetanus!
The travel medicine doctor will look at your current vaccination history and then give you personalized advice - that's really important because every trip is different! Make an appointment early, so don't wait until two weeks before you leave. Some vaccinations need multiple doses and there have to be weeks between them. I did that back then before I went away, and the doctor explained everything to me in detail. So you'd better trust the experts on this and not Internet tips from an old gardener like me! 😄
