Every day is overkill - I tested it on myself. I was drinking it almost daily for six months, then I noticed that without a can in the morning my head wouldn't work right and my heart would skip in a weird way. When I switched to coffee or just water with lemon, it took my body about two weeks to bounce back. Once in a while is fine, but as an everyday thing - definitely not the way to go.

It's bad for you - they have a lot of caffeine and sugar, and your body gets used to it and wants more and more. So I went hiking in the mountains and realized that tea with honey is way healthier than these cans.

The easiest thing is to cut back on energy drinks or quit them altogether - your body will handle it fine. The previous answer's right about the addiction thing, though it's not just the caffeine but also the sugar, which gives you a sudden energy spike and then a crash. If you really can't give them up, drink them rarely and no more than one a day, but honestly, switch to coffee or strong tea instead - the effect is gentler and there's less harm.
