Milan has a pretty vibrant underground scene, especially if you're looking for experimental stuff. Places like Elsinor, BASE and Santeria often do unconventional installations and performances, and then there are smaller underground spaces in the Navigli or Zona Tortona area that host rotating theatrical experiments - it's worth following their social media or stopping by in person because things change often. If you want something even more radical, maybe also check out events in abandoned lofts, because Milan has an artistic community that often does things in precarious spaces where you really find everything.
