Try Japanese green teas like genmaicha (with roasted rice) or sweet sencha - they have a much less grassy profile compared to Chinese ones. If even those seem too strong to you, well-mixed matcha or a smoky green tea like lapsang souchong might surprise you, though that last one's a bit of an acquired taste.
If the grassy taste bothers you, also consider smoked green teas like Lapsang Souchong (which is technically a black tea, but with a really different flavor profile): they have smoky and woody notes that mask that vegetal grassiness you don't enjoy 🍵 Another option is to try heavily oxidized teas like some light oolongs, which are somewhere in the middle and have more body without the strong herbal kick.
