I've tried it and couldn't notice any real difference in how I felt compared to regular filtered water, and the science on health benefits is pretty thin. Save your money and just drink regular water with a decent filter if your tap water quality is questionable.

I haven't noticed any real difference in my baking or daily life since I started using it a few months ago. I spent way more money on it than regular filtered water and honestly my sourdough tastes the same, my skin looks the same, everything's basically identical. Save your money and just drink regular water or get a cheap filter pitcher if you're worried about tap water quality - that's what I do now.

like folks here said, the health claims are basically marketing. Your body's pH is already heavily regulated so drinking alkaline water isn't gonna change much. If you've got decent tap water or a basic filter, you're honestly fine - spend that money on something else, like actual plants lol.

as others pointed out, most folks don't see tangible results and regular filtered water does pretty much the same job for a fraction of the cost - i'd put that money toward a good water filter or honestly just stick with tap water, especially if your area has decent water quality. the markup on alkaline water machines is pretty wild when you think about what you're actually getting.
