Don't just try uninstalling and reinstalling the VPN without investigating first, because sometimes the problem comes from cached files or settings that stick around. Most likely you've got a conflict between the VPN and your antivirus, or the app got corrupted after system updates - something similar happened at my place recently and it turned out the antivirus was blocking connections. Try disabling your antivirus temporarily while you connect first, and if that works, add the VPN to the whitelist. If not, contact your company's IT department because they might have newer versions of the app or specific instructions for your computer, and sometimes there are known incompatibilities that they already deal with.
