Most often it's water problems or blockages. The machine might not be filling with water because of a closed tap, incorrectly connected hose, or a clogged inlet filter - try checking if water is flowing normally. Another reason is overloading the drum or incorrect laundry loading, which prevents the machine from spinning the drum and triggers an error.
The drain system is also often to blame: a clogged siphon, kinked drain hose, or blockage in the drain pump filter. Open the hatch at the bottom front and check if the drain system is clogged. If dirt or foreign objects have accumulated there (coins, buttons), you need to remove them and rinse the filter.
If simple checks don't help, most likely the water level sensor, pump, or machine's electronics are faulty - that already requires a technician's intervention. Before calling a specialist, try rebooting the machine: unplug it from the outlet for a few minutes, then plug it back in. Sometimes that clears a random error.
