On an MT-07 that leans well in corners, it's pretty normal for the rear tire to wear out faster on the sides if you're riding aggressively or hitting a lot of twisty roads. That said, you should check that your chain is properly tensioned and aligned, because bad tension or misalignment can really speed up wear. If it's really obvious on just one side of the tire though, that's more suspicious and it'd be worth checking the wheel alignment or bearings.
Uneven tire wear on an MT-07 is pretty common, and it usually comes down to geometry or tire pressure. First, make sure your pressures are correct (sounds obvious but it makes a huge difference), and check out the wheel alignment and suspension condition, especially if you're riding hard in corners a lot or regularly loading up the bike. It can also be tied to your riding style or the roads you usually ride, but a trip to a mechanic to get the geometry checked isn't a bad idea if it's really unbalanced.
