At 200 m² a robotic mower is definitely worth it, if you can afford the upfront costs (usually 800 - 1500 euros) - you really save yourself a lot of time and back pain. Most of them last several years without problems as long as you store them in the fall and change the blades every now and then, but wear and tear is obviously higher than with manual mowers. A few important points: the lawn needs to be relatively flat (hills aren't their favorite thing), and you need a stable boundary so the robot doesn't drive into the flower beds. If your garden fits the bill, I'd say yes - it takes a lot of work off your plate and the technology is pretty mature with the well-known brands these days.
