30 Mbit should actually be enough for Discord, that's not much bandwidth. Check if you can lower the bitrate in the Discord client under Settings > Voice & Video (set it to 32 or 64 kbps instead of auto), and also try reducing the video quality or turning it off completely if you don't need it. If the lag only happens with Discord, it could be that the client itself is buggy - just try reinstalling it or close other tabs/apps that are running. Otherwise I'd also check if there are other devices on your WiFi that are eating up your bandwidth.

For me, the problem often wasn't Discord itself, but other processes running in the background - especially Windows updates or cloud sync services. Try checking Discord in Task Manager and see how much CPU and RAM it's eating up while you're gaming. Another tip: enable "Automatic Quality Adjustment" in Discord under Voice & Video, so the app automatically reduces the bitrate when things get tight - that helps way more than messing around manually. If multiple devices are on the Wi-Fi at the same time, that can be brutal too, so you might need to just switch to a wired connection faster.
