First thing: completely close the Netflix app and restart your device. Sounds dumb, but it works surprisingly often. If that doesn't help, check your Netflix settings - go to your profile, then "App Settings" and try adjusting the streaming quality up or down. Some devices struggle with certain bitrates, and Netflix adapts automatically, which sometimes goes wrong.

If that still doesn't work, try a different network (mobile hotspot?) and see if the problem happens there too. Then you'll know whether it's your WiFi or not, even if your speedtest numbers look good - stability matters more than raw speed. If everything works fine on other services and only Netflix is acting up, I'd uninstall the app and download it fresh or use the browser instead.

If none of that helps: contact Netflix Support. They can see whether your account is having issues or if it's a known bug. Annoying, but they usually sort it out quick.
