Which university are you looking at, and what major are you planning to apply for? Because it really depends on the specific institution and program. Your Unified State Exam scores and school grades will definitely carry the most weight, but a lot of universities look at portfolios, projects, and additional certificates when they're selecting students for creative, IT, or specialized programs. Your certificate definitely won't hurt, especially if the course was from some well-known platform or company, but don't count on it boosting your overall score.
