My car (Fiat Uno 2022) runs fine for the first 10 minutes, but once the engine heats up, I feel it loses power when accelerating. It still starts normally, but gets slower. Could this be a sensor or spark plug problem?
Don't just go ahead and swap out the spark plug or sensor thinking that's the issue. Power loss when the engine heats up is usually caused by three things: bad fuel, the temperature sensor sending wrong info to the car's computer, or the engine going into "protection mode" because it's detecting something abnormal. Since it's a 2022 Uno, it's relatively new, so you can rule out worn spark plugs.
First thing you need to do is check if the air conditioning is turning on by itself when the engine heats up - if it is, the compressor is robbing power from the engine and that's normal. After that, try filling up with better quality fuel for a while and see if anything changes. If it stays the same, then go find a mechanic with a diagnostic scanner to read the error codes - could be a bad temperature sensor (which is pretty common with these things) or even a stuck thermostat, which makes the engine overheat and it reduces power to protect itself. I don't recommend driving around like this for too long, because if it's a cooling system problem it's gonna get worse.
