My 3-year-old golden retriever has been eating grass almost every time we go outside for the past couple weeks, and he throws up like 2-3 times a week now. It's mostly just grass and bile. He seems fine otherwise - still playful and eating his regular food fine. Is this something I need to take him to the vet for or is it just a phase?
