Pre-ignition is really the most common cause when the engine knocks during acceleration, especially in a 2023 Gol since it's a simpler engine. People are right that bad fuel makes it worse, but before you start spending on premium gas, it's worth checking other things first.
First: when was the last time you changed your spark plug? A worn or incorrect spark plug causes exactly this noise. Then, if you've got high mileage already, you might have carbon buildup in the combustion chamber - that makes pre-ignition way more likely to happen. Another thing is to check if your knock sensor is working properly, because that's what should correct the timing if it detects knock. What's your Gol's mileage at now?
If you change the spark plug and use fuel from better stations (like BR or Shell, not those roadside places) and the noise keeps happening, then it could indicate something more serious with the combustion chamber. But I'd start with these checks before taking it to the dealer again.
