Gas prices rising on the exchange
I see that AI-95 gasoline has gotten almost 4% more expensive over the week. Does that mean prices at gas stations will jump right away? When should I expect prices to go up at the pumps?

Depends on the gas station - big chains usually react within 2-3 days, small gas stations can drag it out even longer, it all depends on when they bought their next batch and at what price. From experience I can say that price increases show up faster than price decreases.

Plus the gas station operator themselves plays a big role. Large chain gas stations (Lukoil, Gazprom Neft and so on) usually react faster because they track exchange quotes and adjust prices more quickly - maybe even within a few days.
