From my experience when I had to do work around the house, a drain pipe in a shared wall is a pain because technically you need your neighbor's agreement or at least the building's approval, but it really depends on how the wall is built and your condo's rules. The best thing is to talk first with the building manager and your neighbor, because if they find out later and make a fuss you risk having to fix everything at your own expense. If the wall is thick enough maybe the pipe can go through inside without causing structural damage, but anyway ask before you start the work.
