Scammers make videos with synthesized speech that sounds like a hearing aid commercial or a direct appeal from a supposedly real doctor - super convincing! The main red flag is if they're advertising some miracle device that supposedly fixes all hearing problems at once, or they're playing on your emotions with stories about people who "got their hearing back". Always check the source: go directly to the clinic or manufacturer's website through a search engine, don't click links from videos or social media. And remember - real doctors don't diagnose or sell through internet videos!
