How do I close my Yandex.Market seller account?

I decided to get rid of my seller account on Yandex.Market - I haven't sold anything there in a few years and the newsletters are getting annoying. I found a delete option in the settings, but there are some requirements about active orders. Is it really impossible to just delete it, or is there a way around it?

I've got an account on Market too, haven't sold anything in ages, so I get it :) If you've still got active orders there or any outstanding debt, the system really won't let you just shut down the shop - you need to sort all that out first, cancel or complete the orders. After that, deletion goes smoothly.
