I want to listen to music from my laptop, but have my earbuds switch to my phone automatically when I get a call. I have Sony WF-C700N. Is this possible without constantly reconnecting manually?
Do your headphones support Bluetooth Multipoint? If yes, that's exactly what you need - pair them simultaneously with your laptop and phone in the Bluetooth settings of both devices, and they'll automatically switch between them depending on where the audio is coming from. The Sony WF-C700N has this feature, you just need to activate it in the Sony Headphones Connect app - you'll find the Multipoint Connection option in the settings there. After that, you won't need to manually reconnect, an incoming call on your phone will interrupt the music from your laptop and switch your headphones to the incoming call.
