Don't put off reporting them. Even without a VAT number, that money is income and has to be reported to the tax authority. If you don't declare it and they audit you down the line, you're looking at hefty fines and interest charges. It's not a gray area where you can move around freely - the state has the tools to track your transactions on Shopify and PayPal (or whatever you're using), so sooner or later it comes out.

At 800-900 euros a month, you're still below the turnover threshold that requires a VAT number (that's 5,000 euros a year for new businesses), but that doesn't get you out of reporting your income. You have to declare everything in your tax return - you can do it as occasional freelance work or through the 730 form if you have other sources of income. Get in touch with an accountant (a lot of them offer a free initial consultation) who can explain exactly how to handle your specific situation, because it depends on other factors in your circumstances too. The alternative is going straight to the tax authority, but a professional will save you stress and mistakes.

If things keep growing, you'll eventually need to open a VAT number - but that's a decision for later. For now, don't put off reporting the money you're already making.
