How do you make your salad dressings? Store-bought or homemade?

I'm not sure whether I should always make my dressings from scratch or if store-bought ones from Knorr and stuff are okay too. Do you have any tips for something that's quick but still tastes good?

At home I actually use both, depending on how the day goes. When I need to throw something together quickly, I'll grab store-bought dressings too - they're convenient and taste good enough. But when I've got time anyway, I'd rather mix something up from oil, balsamic vinegar and a splash of mustard - that's seriously done in two minutes and just tastes fresher. My tip: get yourself a small glass bottle and make a few dressings in advance - then you've always got something quick on hand without it getting boring.

Homemade really is super quick when you just mix oil, vinegar, and a bit of mustard or honey - takes two minutes and tastes worlds better than the store-bought stuff. The Knorr packets are handy when you're on the go, but if you're cooking at home, it's really worth the little bit of effort.
