Spacing out your prep is the main thing. Instead of cramming everything the night before, start studying for each test at least three or four days out. That way you're not drowning in material all at once, and your brain actually retains what you study. If you've got exams Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, map out which subjects you hit on which days so you're not bouncing between everything.

The physical stuff matters too. Sleep the night before each test - seriously, don't sacrifice it. Eat something that won't make you feel sick. Go for a walk or do something to move around, even just for ten minutes, because sitting in stress does nothing for you. Some people find it helps to study in different locations instead of just hunching over the same desk all week. It breaks the monotony and keeps your mind sharper.

On test day itself, get there early so you're not rushed. Take a breath before you start. If you blank on something, skip it and come back - wasting time staring at a blank page helps nobody. Most people find that once they get through the first exam, the panic dies down because they realize they can actually do this.
