How do you organize a small model kit collection?

Clear plastic shelving or wall-mounted display cases work best so you can actually see what you have without digging through boxes. i organize mine by type - vehicles, aircraft, figures - and keep the boxes stacked vertically in a separate cabinet since theyre honestly useful for storage and resale value. labeling shelves with a simple marker makes finding stuff way easier, and grouping completed kits away from your work-in-progress pile keeps things from getting chaotic. honestly the biggest thing is just not letting stuff pile up randomly or you'll lose track of duplicates and loose peices.
