How much sugar a day is actually safe? I keep getting different answers
So, for a while now I've been trying to pay more attention to what I eat because I noticed I feel more tired than usual. I read that the WHO recommends a maximum of 25g of sugar per day, but looking at what I eat between a coffee with a spoonful of sugar, a yogurt, and a snack in the afternoon I easily get to 50-60g. I'm wondering if it's really that serious or if they're exaggerating with the recommendations.
