How often should you change cat litter?

That really depends on how many cats you have and what litter you use. At home, I completely change the litter about once a week, but I also scoop out the clumps daily - some people do that less often and it lasts longer. When it starts to smell or gets too wet, it's definitely time to change it. You'll pretty much notice that yourself pretty quick.
