OnePlus 9 Pro isn't really a budget phone at all - it's got a great camera! But about 4K for YouTube - you gotta think practically here. If you're not planning to crop your video in post and you're not watching on huge screens, 1080p will look amazing and take up way less storage space. 4K makes sense to shoot if you're confident your audience actually needs it - like if you're filming something visually complex with lots of detail. Otherwise you're just gonna kill the battery faster and create storage headaches.

As for graininess in low light - the key thing is don't crank your ISO all the way up! In your camera app (or pro mode if you use it), set ISO to the minimum values, but open up your aperture as wide as the camera allows. If you can manually control your shutter speed, slow it down, but keep in mind that will create motion blur. It's way better to slightly underexpose the frame than to end up with noise everywhere!

Before you shoot, make sure you've got enough space on your phone and your storage isn't full - OnePlus can lag during recording if your disk is nearly packed. And definitely use a tripod or stabilizer, because video stabilization performs worse in low light! Plus check that your phone doesn't overheat during long recordings - with 4K that can be an issue.
