Hybrid classes - how do you study effectively at home and at school?

At our school, we constantly switch between in-person and remote classes depending on how many students are sick. I find it totally exhausting because I never know whether I should bring my materials with me or follow along at home on my laptop. How do you guys organize that and do you have any tips for keeping track with all this switching around?
