I'm thinking about changing careers and I've heard that LinkedIn Learning has good courses for that. But the subscription costs quite a bit every month. Has anyone of you tried it and would you spend the money on a complete career restart?
LinkedIn Learning is worth it more if you already have a general sense of direction and want to build specific skills - for a complete career restart, I'd check out free resources first, YouTube, and specialized platforms depending on your industry. The subscription costs quite a bit for something you might only need for three or four months. If you're really serious about switching careers, it's better to invest in courses with an actual certificate or bootcamps that prepare you more directly for job hunting - that way you know better whether it'll actually pay off in the end.
