The simplest thing is a gentle cleanse without irritating your skin, like a makeup remover gel or milk, then a toning lotion to balance things out. After that you can apply a light moisturizer, like an oil-free hydrating cream or gel, because even oily skin needs hydration! Avoid anything too rich or harsh acids in the evening, let your skin breathe and you'll see the difference.

Personally, I'd pay attention to the order you apply things in because it makes a real difference. After cleansing, you really want to let your skin breathe a bit before piling on products. A toner is good for rebalancing your pH, but if your skin is sensitive, make sure it doesn't have alcohol or anything too harsh in it - rose water or hydrosol is plenty.

For your evening routine, skip the heavy creams. A lightweight gel-cream or a serum with something like niacinamide or hyaluronic acid is perfect for sensitive oily skin. It hydrates without suffocating your skin and it even helps calm irritation. If your budget allows, one quality product is better than three mediocre ones that might irritate your skin even more.

What really makes a difference is avoiding overly concentrated actives in the evening if your skin is sensitive - AHAs/BHAs or vitamin C can irritate. Better to save that for the morning and just do gentle cleansing + a soothing cream in the evening, like something with centella or aloe vera. Oily skin doesn't mean dehydrated skin, so don't skip hydration just because it gets shiny.
