Almonds are definitely a healthy product, but not a miracle cure. They do have protein, healthy fats, and B vitamins that your body needs, but how much you actually get depends on how much you eat - a handful a day is good, but a kilogram a week is overkill on calories. The main thing is not to believe in miracle properties like it'll solve all your health problems or help you lose weight magically - it's just a nut, even if it is nutritious.

The main thing is not to overeat. Almonds are high in calories, and if you stuff your face with handfuls of them, you'll gain weight instead of getting any health benefits. A couple dozen nuts a day is all you need.
