The pain usually gets worse when you stand for a long time, exactly like what you're experiencing.

What helped her was wearing a better support bra, doing light stretches, and avoiding standing too much. If the pain gets really intense or comes with other symptoms like contractions or bleeding, then you should tell your obstetrician, but back pain on its own at 5 months is really normal in most cases.
