I have an LG F2V5HS9W, bought in 2024. For the last couple of months during the spin cycle it makes this loud humming noise and vibrates, it never did that before. The drum spins, clothes wash fine, but the sound is bothersome. Maybe something inside broke or is it just bearing wear?
Contact an LG service center - don't put it off. That kind of humming usually means there's a problem with the bearings or shock absorbers, and if you don't fix it, it could get more expensive down the line.
