Don't let this slide. You can't just ignore it and accept that it keeps tripping regularly. It's probably an overload, sure enough (oven plus washing machine is a lot), but it could also be a real issue with your wiring or the breaker aging - you should get an electrician out to check it, especially since it's an old model and you don't want to end up with a short circuit or worse.
